Details concerning John Hancock Vitality PRO rewards can be found on the John Hancock Vitality PRO app.
Vitality is the provider of the John Hancock Vitality PRO program (referred to hereafter as Vitality PRO). To be eligible to earn rewards and discounts by participating in Vitality PRO, the producer must log into the Vitality PRO app and register by accepting the Vitality PRO Terms and Conditions. The Vitality PRO Program and/or membership may be terminated or changed at any time for any reason.
John Hancock Vitality PRO members can earn Vitality Points based on eligible policy sales and certain customer engagement activities as described in the Program app. Please note that points are not awarded for sales or customer engagement activities involving Variable Universal Life policies or policies issued in New York. Clients should consult with you and their other independent professionals to determine which type of life insurance may be suitable and best meet their individual needs. To remain eligible for the Vitality PRO program, members must hold an active appointment with John Hancock and be in good standing. Participation in the Program in no way impacts Vitality PRO members obligations and commitments under the Producer Terms and Conditions, Code of Conduct or any other agreement between you and John Hancock.
John Hancock Vitality PRO rewards and discounts are available only to the eligible Vitality PRO member. Vitality PRO rewards may not be shared or transferred to any other person or entity nor used for resale or profit. Evidence of such behavior may subject you to loss of your Vitality PRO Rewards or termination of your membership.
John Hancock may be required to report the value of certain Vitality PRO Rewards to the IRS on form 1099-NEC.
