Employees are appreciating assets whose value increases to an organization overtime. In a competitive job environment, employers must consider the real cost of losing a top employee, which can be very expensive.

  Consider:
  • The cost of hiring a replacement (advertising, interviewing, screening, hiring)
  • The cost of onboarding and training a new hire
  • Lost productivity as new hire may take years to reach productivity of existing employee
  • Lost engagement by other employees who may disengage when employees leave

Help your clients and prospects avoid a costly turn over and talk to them about a simple to administer, tax-deductible, cost-effective, and customizable executive benefit solution that can increase employee loyalty and desire to remain with the business.
