Ongoing USPS delays

Please be aware that the United States Postal Service (USPS) continues to experience significant operational impacts due to COVID-19. To date, we’ve seen mail delayed by up to three weeks, and we are told through our ongoing communication with the USPS that we can now expect additional delays. While we are very sensitive to cases where premium checks do not arrive on time, we are not able to back date premium payments.

We will continue to work with any customer who experiences a lapse in coverage and try to accommodate them as best we can, however, we are encouraging all customers to use our electronic payment options. Step-by-step instructions are available here.
